We have experienced solicitors fully qualified to represent you at the police station or in Court. We have been approved by the Criminal Defence Service (CDS) to provide free advice and representation to those that are eligible.
Anyone who is being questioned by the police is entitled to free and independent legal advice which can only be lawfully delayed by the police in exceptional circumstances. You also have the right to choose the solicitor to represent you. We attend police stations both during and outside office hours free of charge.
If you have to appear at court as a defendant we will submit on your behalf an application for legal aid. Usually you will receive continuity of advice and assistance from the same solicitor from the start to the finish of your case. We understand that going to court can be an extremely daunting experience. We will strive to ensure that at all times you understand the procedure, the law and our advice. Above all we will listen to your account and any concerns you may have.
